Laura is an amazing PT – friendly, conscientious and hugely knowledgable about health and fitness. She is able to adapt her sessions depending on your preferences and abilities on the day, and gently encourages you to try new things, meaning you always come away from the session feeling you have achieved a lot, with a big smile on your face! Laura focuses a lot on proper mobility and flexibility in the warm up and cool down, which is fantastic for day-to-day health and helping to maintain good posture – I do the stretches she has taught me on a daily basis now, and my flexibility and range of movement has really improved as a result! I attended some of Laura’s small group training sessions and also some 1-2-1s, whilst holidaying in Lesvos.

I’ve been to boxing classes run by Laura for about 2 months and I love it. There’s always a good mix of boxing and circuits and Laura always mixes it up every week. There’s plenty of water breaks and time to get your breath back. Laura is supportive and encouraging. Would definitely recommend giving it a go

Laura is an amazing person, as well as trainer! She works hard to ensure you are happy with the sessions and exercises, allowing you to make the most out of each one. We focused on diet, weight lifting, strength building and also incorporated some cardio into our sessions (which I hate) but laura made it so enjoyable by introducing me to boxing. She is extremely knowledgeable and understanding, checking in regularly between sessions. I would recommend her a million times over!
