I am passionate about feeling good through fitness and using exercise as a natural prescription to feel better about yourself, keep positive and live a happier life with improved confidence. 

My aim as a fitness professional and Personal trainer is to educate and inspire others to live a healthier lifestyle and feel better about yourself.

Alot of people find it difficult to fit exercise into their busy lifestyle or lack the motivation or confidence to make it fit – My goal as a mobile personal trainer coming to you – is to break that barrier and get you enthused to feel better. 

My approach with clients is to make exercise and training fun but challenging and is tailored specifically to your own goals and fitness levels.
