“I started training with Laura in a bid to lose some weight and improve my overall level of fitness; the appeal being the opportunity to rediscover the boxing training I once enjoyed many years ago. The boxing based sessions with Laura delivered everything I expected and more, which resulted in me realising a level of passion for exercising that I had not experienced in well over a decade. What I had put down down to the boredom of routine, I now see was clearly due to the lack of decent instruction. Laura’s energetic and committed approach, combined with workouts tailored to you, results in highly enjoyable and productive training. The support continues beyond the formal training too, with Laura more than willing to offer nutritional advice and develop training plans to be used between sessions. Overall, a great end to end experience”.
